This is a Barco BD808S fault machine. When the machine is started, the LED lights on each board will show green light, and the tubes can emit a high voltage sound of "zi zi", but the three tubes have no image, I suspect that the drive board is faulty

Have you checked the EHT board for a RED LED. Look down the hole in the top of EHT to see LED.

If the EHT board is broken, the tube will not have high voltage sound .

Very true. However it does sound like an high voltage issue. I would check the EHT quad and splitter. I have heard arching from a quad and internally in a splitter.

Have you done that?

I replaced the EHT quad and splitter,I don't know whether they are in good condition. They have been idle for many years . After the machine was started, I found that the red light in the EHT board was on。

Okay so now we get to the issue. Which is an EHT issue.

I have attached a Scan Fail Circuit so you can see the components that might cause the red LED.

Can you tell me which component in the EHT board is prone to failure? Thanks!

None of them. The EHT boards are usually very reliable, unless the quadrupler shorts. If one of the EHT red LEDs is on, then you have a problem with the quadrupler or HV splitter... or a shorted tube.

After replacing the HV quadrupler, start the machine, the tubes can make 'ZI Zi" high-voltage sound, and no red LED lights up in the high-voltage board, but there is no image,Is it the problem with the drive board?
