Good afternoon y'all and happy MLK day!

I ended up getting another plasma set. Samsung PN51D550. Good picture, great gaming performance. I also love that it can be fully calibrated in the user menu.

So I noticed that in the first 30 or so minutes of use, I hear little "clicks" and "ticks" coming from the chassis. Nothing happens with the picture or sound when this happens. It almost sounds like thermal expansion. Is there anything I should check for? The set was purchased as a refurb. It was repaired at a TV repair shop and the original customer didn't want to pay for the repair. It was pretty inexpensive so I don't have any real attachment to it.

Otherwise the set performs great. I got it for playing games with the kids and to that end it's wonderful. It's just a little "noisey" is all. Of course no one else seems to notice it. Maybe it's because I've done some electronics repair that I'm overly sensitive to such things.

Thanks in advance!
