Hi
My Sony 1272Q equipped with a Moome full HD v2 is displaying magenta for white. It seems green is missing. Green tube is fine since the projector status screen in green is displayed fine on the whole background. Tried all settings on my BD player but no resolution yet. Sent the card to Moome but he confirmed that card is fine. When the hdmi is connected to the receiver the visual inspection of the geeen tube luminosity seems low.

What could be causing the missing of the green color which it seems causing the magenta hue.

Thanks

Try a longer/shorter HDMI Cable.

Wow, I never would’ve thought of that. I figured it was something wrong in the green video chain, probably not the Moome card but the video cards after that.

Tried connecting my pc with a shorter cable. No change. It started happening slowly over time. Initially it would fix itself after shutting down however now it is persistent. The status message displays no green sync. Is it normal

Do you have the remote for the Moome card? There are some color space settings that may have changed.

Hi,

Even my pj does it every now and then it happens.

try to change the color space in YCbCr 4.2.2
or YCbCr 4.4.4
or RGB 4.4.4

first try to do it from the bluray player or video processor if you have one, and then try to change it from the moome card

key 5 on the remote control: YCbCr 4.2.2

key 6: YCbCr 4.4.4

Key 7: RGB 4.4.4

also try "Auto Detect Input Color Space"
key 4

Unfortunately there are no OSD messages on the screen so you just have to try to change the setup and see what happens .. every time you press the remote control button, make sure that the red LED lights up on the moome board to warn you of the command

I do not know the Sony, I can tell you that on my marquee as a menu on screen it reads:

input module: RGB loop-thru

horiz freq : 67.43 khz
vertic freq : 59.94 hz
signal type: RGB
sync type : H & V separated

input slot 2 (moome)
