Hi all, first time ask something in a forum so do not be hard on me.
I believe having same problem with my RSX-1560. Many years not use it and now power on fine display on the receiver work fine but I have no sound only a one buff noise when power on, or change the input. Also can't get image on OSD too.
I can't pm Mac ask I am new. I remember last time it works I do not have image with OSD or send video to my tv. But I can work around by sending image to tv and sound to the receiver.
So hope Mac can help me or pm me

Heads up that Mac hasn't been on the forum for years so I doubt he'll be responding. He also never posted in this thread so odds are he won't get any email notification either. Cheers!

Hi thanks for update. I am happy when I see this thread. It's nice piece of equipment otherwise, maybe try to find a used one cheaper than repair cost.
