So I don't see a fuse, and all the resistors check out to spec.
I notice that the test points are all at the bottom of the board, which is unreachable when plugged into the projector. How am I suppose to get to them with my o.scope?

Try to extend the test points with a piece of wire, but be careful to not make any sorts with the free wire ends...
