I have a 1989 Marquee 8501LC which I recently decommissioned due to a failed HV power supply. The phosphors on all CRT's show absolutely no sign of wear and the projector was displaying a great picture until it failed very recently. Total hours around 4,000. The projector was stripped down to make it easier to lift off the mount so the covers, power supplies, lenses and most pluggable boards have been removed. The projector has all the usual mods and upgrades etc. It includes ACON (which I never used) and a Moome HDMI card. Pickup for free at Mission Viejo in California.
