Hi,
Looking for help in trying to fix this error which keeps switching the pj off. I have tried to reload the memory bank again as the manual suggests but get the same result, can someone suggest something, would be much appreciated!

Good luck! It's the one projector I've never seen before, as they were not sold in North America. Very few were sold, so you may need to find another one. If you're lucky, the unit uses STK chips in the convergence section. if so, change them all and see if the problem goes away.

Thanks for taking time to reply! I had the pj running for 6 hours last night and it was actually fine now, it may be the memory reload has worked after all!! I hope!

The problem is back again! Luckily I have found a working Svd 800, with screen burn, 6000 hrs plus on the clock but its working, I will try and change the convergence board and see what happens.

NIce! If not, change the power supply as well.

Thanks Curt, I am finally having a good go on this! The board is off and hopefully its going to get fixed once and for all. Very fortunate to even find a working 800 not too far away in this day and age! I broke nearly all the connector clips removing the plugs as they're so fragile, any way wish me luck and I will post what happens!

Is the power supply just the enclosed box or the board on top too?, the manual says the board on top is its EHT and Dyn Focus, any comments very much appreciated. Looks a bit difficult for me, as the supply is underneath, I may have to just swap the board and hope that does the job. Fans are very noisy on these according to reviews, and experience, but I will clean them first and then try change if still noisy.
