I bought one of these at the RadioShack clearance sale years back. It auto powers off constantly. Anyone know how to change that setting so it doesn't power off?

According to what I can quickly google, the only way to keep it awake for longer than 15min is to twiddle the volume at less than the sleep time interval or keep an unbroken Bluetooth connection.

Farging pain in the ass! I use it direct connection from a bluray player via RCA's. STILL goes to sleep. Friggin tree huggers!

It goes to sleep even when it's receiving a signal Jeremy? That seems odd and makes it kinda useless, no?

Yes, that is exactly what it does. I was at the point where I wanted to jump up and down on it Donald Duck style. So it's back in its box. I'm wearing headphones. Jeeze. Too much conservation is a bad thing.

It does sound pretty nice. My wife bought the longer version for her TV. It works fine, never powers off unless you push the power button. She's been ribbing me about this too. Laughing

I think maybe you’re finding out now why it was on sale. Wink
