I guess they're hoping to bank on the not only the rarity of such a collection, but the fact that many of the titles are out of print? i.e. if you want some of the ones that are very hard to get today, you gotta overspend on some of the ones still available on Amazon...
Keep in mind that $1M is only the "buy it now" price. You can make any offer you want. He may accept at $100K too ($4.5/title which frankly still seems high to me)
Kal
P.S. Was hoping to see the complete list right to the end so that I could check what the 1 BETA movie is, but the list seems cut off in every browser I try...

(POPs head up) Did somebody say Betamax?? Hmmmm I could buy that collection $1 000 000 to get the Betamax and throw the rest away.

My old iPad had no trouble with it: it's "Eyewitness Newsreel Challenge," a kind of video-challenge game.
Now don't you think $1M is a bargain?
If 22000 movies averaged 2 hours each, you'd have to watch nonstop, 24x7, for over FIVE YEARS to see them all. Yeeks.
