Gang, I am doing a massive purge of CRT stuff this weekend. Everything goes except for:
-Marquee Ultra stuff, and a tiny bit of non Ultra stuff
-Barco 909 boards
-A bit of Barco 1209s stuff
-good condition 9" tubes
-2 sets of 8" tubes

Stuff I am purging:

-all 8" projector stuff of all brands. Last call for NEC XG stuff too.
-all 9" stuff save for the sets listed above.
-all defective PC boards, including a bunch of Marquee CLMs
-all remaining 8" lenses, including HD145, etc
-bits and pieces of Marquee stuff, including ACONs, PC boards, motherboards, brackets, blah blah.

Overall, I'd say more than 50% of what I have left in stock will be purged. I need the space for my sound and reel to reel stock.
Now, not to be a jerk, but I don't have the time to box up these parts for free, but I will sell them very cheaply, like $50 for a big box of modules, plus shipping. If you want backup parts, it will be well worth your time to email me.

No, sorry! Purging all sorts of other boards that I have duplicates of though. I am keeping one G90 test chassis, that's all I have left. Ditto for one 1209s chassis, one 909, and one 9500. Everything else goes.

Jeremy, email me, I am killing off the rest of my 12XX parts too this weekend. Might have a new red tube as well I think.

Just keep in mind that the parts that there are still demand for, like colored C elements and Barco quads and splitters I am keeping, but selling at reduced pricing to lower my stock.

I do have about 25 or so raw 9" tubes of all colors that I'll sell at $10 each per tube. Light wear, they are used, out of simulators, but they might just be better than what you have now. Minty tubes for BArco 1209s, and 909 will be for sale down the road for cheap, but I need to get in the 909 split packs that I just got, retube my own 909 stack, and I'll throw up another post when i am clearing out 9" tubes.

I think I have one brand new in the box Marquee red and green that I will sell for $400 USD for the pair. They are the last ones left out of that massive lot I bought about 4-5 years ago. The tubes are 2011-2012 vintage and are flawless, still in the plastic wrap, c/w yokes installed by VDC and the plastic shrouds.

Hm,

Feeling tempted for a big box of Marquee boards (working/not working doesn’t matter) just for the fun of getting them into pristine condition...
Make me an offer I can’t refuse!

Kind Regards,

$10 each plus shipping. Most will work, I do have a bunch of CLMs that are problematic. Sell those at $5.00 each.

Sorry, then I’ll pass. In Your first post You wrote something about a big box of modules for $50. At 5$ minimum per board, how big would that be?

Curt, can you PM me $$ on the Barco quads and splitters.

How big a box do you want? Shipping to Europe is expensive. Shipping will be more than the cost of the boards regardless. Under $5.00 a board, and it's not worth my time to pack and ship them, esp to Europe, where I need to fill out customs paperwork. Time is money! Mr. Green

Also, these parts are all being dumped THIS WEEKEND.

No : "Can you hold the boards for a month, I don't know what I need..."

type of thing, sorry! The recycler is going to swing by on Sunday afternoon. Happy to box up stuff today and tomorrow and get it out the door on Monday, but I need the space for reel to reel tape deck parts and sound installs. Other than late model 9" parts, and select few other boards, it's all gone this weekend!

Send me an email through the main website please.

My buddy didn't show up today, but I have a list of stuff that people want.

Can't get the main motherboard, sorry, those are riveted into the chassis, and I've gotten rid of most of my plain 1209 stuff a long time ago. Should have the SMPS, port 3 cards though, not sure about the RGB input controller or quad decoder. I'll know tomorrow though.

That's crazy, especially for that time period. They designed them to be non-serviceable!?
