Can someone recommend a decent passive AV switcher?
Doing simple RCA/SVideo with standard audio (RCA) jacks.
Looking for at least four inputs, maybe more.

There is no such thing. Anything passive and switching is a piece of crap. If you want decent, look at Extron or Inline, dirt cheap on eBay for a used one. If you need to stay passive, then Radio Shack or any Chinese POS will work today. But probably not tomorrow.
