I read the tittle as THIRTY(30!) projector floor rack. You got me excited there for a second.
Go with either wood or steel not any kind of particle board though. My projection cart was built from hard wood skids ( palettes ). It's held up very well and puts the projector over my head and behind my chair.

Why not just Ebay a ceiling mount? Or check with Curt and buy one from him?

Man, I bought this new media cart to solve the problem. The sucker is too damn high! The projector image goes on part of the ceiling. When the rear is lifted it works, so will find the right heights and such over the weekend.

Dimensions are (WxHxD) 32 x 40 x 24" -- not sure if that includes wheels or not!
