I watched this on Amazon Prime as it was included, but only the first season. Season 2 is on Prime but it IS NOT included. I call bull**** on Amazon for that and continuing to tease customers into Prime for items they can only get a sampling of and not a full treat in a recurring show.

Anyway, Rami Malek does a great job in the role as Elliot and the actor was first known to me in the HBO follow-up mini-series The Pacific. The questionable psychology of Rami's character in the HBO series lends itself strongly to his Mr Robot character.

I am not about to go into plot details even thought I want to. Let's jusyt say that by the third or forth episode the show wasn't what you might imagined and the plot twists appear to continue to the very end of the season.

I also want to give a shout out to actress Carly Chaikin, who I previously watched on the ABC series Suburgatory. Carly is one of those strange young actresses that beat to her own drum, which often makes the celebrity a social pariah. Her looks and dead-pan expression ability worked great in the ABC series and does well in Mr Robot.

The one thing I can say about Christian Slater is that his role seems darkly reminiscent of that in the movie Heathers. Need I say more? Watch the show if available on streaming but beware that it ain't completely available on Prime (maybe Netflix).

Overall I liked the show a lot and looked forward to watching season 2 as I knew season 3 was presently being aired on USA networks. Yes, that is right, this show is a USA Networks production. Color me baffled.
