My fellow servicers report that they are hoarding nine inch blue tubes, so better grab this one. Price is reduced.

Price for brand new bare blue tubes from VDC: Something in excess of 1000 dollars per tube That's for a bare tube with not so much as a grounding strap attached to it.
Tim's price sounds fair to me, when the alternative is over a thousand dollars and labor is required.
