I had this emailed to me off Facebook yesterday. At first glance I call BS, but it occurs to me that in the search for cheapening products, could it be possible that manufacturers now are only making 4K panels, and dumbing them down to 1080p?

Thoughts?

From his Youtube profile: "I make ABSURD AND WEIRD humor videos, sarcastic jokes, and parodies. Don't take anything seriously here. Yes, all the tutorials are fake... That's the joke."

If that were true then all the new DVD players I saw today might be Blu Ray Players. I have to ask though WTF can you still buy a DVD player when Blu Ray players are so cheap and will of course play DVDs?? While we are at it why are DVDs still around when Blu Ray disks are just as cheap??? It must be that DVDs are actually Blu Ray disks to play in DVD players that are actually Blu Ray players. Its giving me headache.

Some people just do not care at all for PQ, and I know of someone still buying DVD's in order to save a buck/title. Yes, silly in my opinion, but they exist.

Stores are still selling DVD players and why I have no clue.

Most of the time I see dvds in the store is either in the bargain bin or of older tv shows(then they are cheap.

For some weird reason blu ray players are not as cheap as the DVD players.(WTF is up with that?)

Crazy thing is people are not getting many of the 4K sets.
