Guys

It's one of my customers, the picture randomly jumps sideways ten inches on a ten foot screen width.

Any ideas for this? If we disable the phase adjust it should become stable.

Can you tell us more about the setup from source to display and exactly what's being used?

Which of Moome's products is this exactly? A 100% digital HDMI in/HDMI out unit? If yes, I don't see how the Moome box could be randomly causing the picture to jump sideways. It's likely something in the analog domain, in the projector. (I'm assuming it's a CRT projector)

Okay

It's the Moome external HDMI to RGB device fed by a Kramer HDMI switch with six sources, out of the Moome to a Marquee 9500.

The picture randomly jumps sideways.

Dumb question, when the pix jumps sideways, do the test patterns remain within the screen frame?

That was really dumb! Yes. Certain that the problem is the Moome.

You cannot move test patterns in a Marquee except in convergence.

This was an issue with these boxes and I know I fixed several to stop shifting, but it was years ago. I would send Moome an email and ask him what to do. The fix involves soldering something to another thing Wink

There is this in the manual too, but custom resolutions (such as blending resolutions) are not memorized. Neither are resolutions like 1080p 72Hz or 818x1920p...

■ H-PHASE ADJUST: (Professional only)
【Step】: (Professional only)
1. Set SW1 #5 at “K” side , #4 at “E” side
2. Press SEL button, you will see the image shift to right, and 10bit LED will
blinking
3. If input resolution changed, like move from 1080P to 720P, please do the step
1, step 2 again
4. shift value will be memorized for each factory defined resolution (list in table 1,
for HDTV, support 50Hz and 60Hz only)
【Notice】:
1. When the image shift to the right limit, the 10bit LED will keep on when press
SEL button, keep press SEL button for more then 2 second, image will
go to the original left side.
2. Shift value will store in memory for each factory default resolution when power
off, and shift value will be loaded at next power on
3. When set on component output mode, the shift will at opposite direction

Right

The signals are all 1080p/60 at 67khz. We want to Disable the f------ phase adjust, not keep it active. Any ideas for that?

I can solder real good!

It might work to just delete the h-phase memories.

Set switches 4 & 5 to "K" and then press the "SEL Button."

But I suspect you will need an answer from Moome on how to disable it with a jumper.
