I've had a lot of system/controller board issues with all flat screens, been burned more than once buying boards to replace other good ones. I now usually scope the Tcon board for video signal input and output before ordering boards. IN fact, it's been about 6 months since I ordered a board, all the recent ones were capacitor problems, and with the low CL pricing now of everything, I throw out/recycle a whole lot more than I repair.

I bought another T-con board. The set didn't seem to like it. However. This monitor was left out in the rain or flooded so the contacts were a little dirty. All clean now.
I wish this were just capacitors.

Swapped the input board, insstalled the new T-con board and it will now power up, says "Power Saver" and shuts down.
I do still have the right half of the screen looking odd. I think I'll try new X, Y boards next.
Closer....

Oh yeah, I'm typing this on the screen right now. As long as I don't need the
right half I'm fine
Found out this is a 47" IPS panel. I always wanted to see what an IPS panel looked like.
Turns out I already had one.

I'm now looking for the ribbon cables that go from the T-con to the LCD panel. Anyone?
