I would be more than happy to send someone samples for evaluation. I like to get third party feedback. So if Kal (or someone approved by Kal) would like a sample sent then send me an address and I will get it out.

While I personally no longer do local HT installs, I think the product is interesting. What I'd like to see though is a sample of the material to be sent to someone here that can try it with a CRT projector to check for hotspotting and other issues that are unique to a CRT projector image.

I'll leave it up to Kal to work out any advertising details on the main site here, but without checking to see if it's suitable for CRT projectors and further discussions with Kal, this isn't going too far on this site.

Sorry about the contact info, on that part I do admit fault. I was very conscious of not linking out anywhere. It was just as a market analysis to check viability.

Your signature has complete contact details including company name, phone number, etc. You link to YouTube videos with more information on the product. Some of the screenshots show the company name watermarked right in them for people to see (Visible Glass). The fancier photoshopped pictures (which I removed) were product descriptions and pure marketing material.

There are lots of digital customers who frequent the site too for products like ChromaPure and Radiance.

I didn't have interest in selling the product here simply because the amount of work required to get it up and selling here isn't (in my humble opinion) going to be recouped by the sales we could generate as I think it's far to specialized for anything other than custom sales, not generally targeted at the end user (consumer). I could see companies getting into this but then they don't need CurtPalme.com. Companies call manufacturers direct. So most of what we'd be doing is free advertising for them. The big reason I don't see this catching on in any big way on the consumer front is:

(1) The requirement to spray. That requires specialized equipment and skill that the average person isn't going to have. Consumers want plug & play.

(2) The general low number of people interested in rear projection to begin with (as compared to front projection or direct view - interest in front projection is even down).

Feel free to send to anyone who volunteers or wants to. I don't have time to review the product.

Thanks, Kal.

Anyone interested in testing this material out? Let me know. This will cost you nothing.
