|
|
In an attempt to get a bit sharper image I changed my setup from:
computer-HDMI cable-VP50Pro-very long 5xBNC-cable-port 4
to
computer-very long HDMI-cable-VP 50Pro on top of projector-short cable to port 3.
Port 3 had some problems associated with it. Stray lines on both left and right hand side, visible in dark scenes and a faint snowing. Will adress that later.
Anyhow, tried to connect my GammaX in series but no sync on the projector! If I change sync type on the VP50 Pro, the blue LED on the GammaX changes intensity so something is happening inside it but the projector does not care about this. Tried both settings for inverted sync or not on the GammaX but no change.
Any ideas?

Do you have the GammaX power supply?

I have a black 5V-USB adaptor with the black USB-very small pin cable that came with it and what I suppose came with the original purchase.
It would not light up blue otherwise?

It may be bad. Usually if there are power supply issues, the blue light will flicker.

I wouldn't say it flickers but I thought the light intensity inducated wheither it had sync or not. Not the case?

that could be, it's been years since I've used one, but I never noticed any flickering, ever.
