I have a customer with a Lumagen processor (I believe it's the Vision, with DVI in/out) and an external Moome V3 going to a Sony G70. The LG blu ray player kept muting it's output when feeding through the Lumagen to the Moome, but hooked directly to the Moome (bypassing the Lumagen) it was OK. I made sure it was set to output 1080i as I know the Lumagen won't accept a 1080P/60 input.
We even bought a new Sony blu ray player and it did the exact same thing.
I tried changing cables, changing HDMI to DVI adapters, and plugging all video components into the same power strip.
The Sony and LG both just begin to show something for a split second, then they go blank.
My VideoForge HDMI pattern generator works fine through the Lumagen with no problem.
I tried replacing the Moome with an HDFury and it had the same issue.
It's working now going directly into the Moome, but we wanted the Lumagen in the signal path mainly for the calibration controls.
Does anyone know something to suggest? Should I try a different Lumagen unit? Thanks.

Did you try 1080p@24hz in? The Vision HDx series should accept that in and out 1080p@60

Also you can fool the older Vision non HD series to accept 1080p@24 by shutting off all other resolution and have it only accept 1080p@24/25 in the edid user menu.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did try 1080P/24 in, though I did not try excluding everything else from the EDID. I tried excluding everything else except 1080i, though. I thought it was a resolution issue at first also.
I also tried all different hotplug and HDCP settings in the Lumagen.
