The MCZ's are known failure parts and they are also known to take out some of these parts. But it doesn't mean there could not be other damaged parts. If things were that easy it would be a wonderful world, LOL.
I am sure you have seen some of my other post of things I have repaired and the parts pile that was required. |
Yep you keep at it.
Do you have the values of those parts? I may have to just start replacing them as I don't have a way to test the capacitors.
Also what are the Q600 and Q601? |
Ahh found them:

Went to cruise the local electronics parts shops here today for the parts. Only 1 store left! There use to be 6 or 7 up there!
Guess I'm buying online...

Just remember. Even replacing all these parts may not fix the problem. So you have to decide how much you want to invest on a gamble.

OK spent 3 hours changing out all those parts and all we get is one 14 blink code followed by blink code 5, again!
Suggestions?

I'm really not seeing any more common failure parts so the next step would require step by step testing with a DMM to locate the problem.
There might be 1 or 2 more possible parts you could just try but I will have to look that up tomorrow.

Try checking D647 in the P/S. Test it with your DMM and if ok then resolder its legs.

Meant to post on this earlier.
I changed that out and still get a no power up 5 blink condition.

I have no more suggestions as to try changing this or that. You are at a point which would require a DMM, soldering iron and lots of time and patience.
