I have had some issues with the new HDMI V 3 card that was probably due to my inexperience with the technical aspects of my Sony G70 and the new card. I will say this. Moome responded to my emails promptly and gave clear suggestions, which I have followed and now have a picture on my screen. I am very happy with the Moome experience. It goes without saying my dealings with Curt Palme have been outstanding, as well.

Simply pressing the Moome Remote D key a couple of times. I don't recall how many, and I don't know how many presses get you back to start, but it was as simple as that. When the scramble first occurred I sent the card back to Curt for analysis. He told me the problem was the D key setting. Upon its return I was terrified to touch the D key. Mr. Moome told me to go ahead when I explained the scrambled picture and explained that relevant led lights were showing power and signal, so I continued to press D until the picture came on to the screen. Very happy now with Curt's exceptional service and that of Moome.
