Can anybody tell me if this interface would likely work with a Sim2 C3x 1080 DLP projector?
Many thanks!

I've checked everything I can find online but i've had no luck confirming the max refresh rate of the Sim2 - Its a DLP unit for sure, and quite modern - but I think i'll need to do a test run (perhaps I can persuade windows to pump out 120 Hz so that I can run the test....)

Sure, a 720p/120 (or 720p/100) test would work. We also over a 30-day no-nonsense money back guarantee so if it doesn't work out, simply send it back. Odds are (as you said) since it's a late model projector it will likely work.

You probably won't get an answer. The OP only made 3 posts, all about this subject, all around the same time, two years ago. As Kal said, they ha(d)ve a 30-day money-back guarantee. Give it a try!

I see that the plus unit has greater options for frequency choices. Would that insure that it works.

I do't think it would ensure that the combo would work, but it would give you a better chance of working. To make sure, I would recommend you verify what type of signals the PJ will accept and then cross-match it with the list of output frequencies and resolutions the Theater Plus will produce. The frequencies the Plus outputs are discrete in that they are selected by dipswitches on the unit and are not frequency ranges. For instance, 60/120 on the unit are "60 OR 120 Hz", not "60 TO 120 Hz".
