I connect and play them.
When start playing,They are good 3D image and slowly change to ghost image.
What's wrong?

one more question,
I have latest firmware file from 3Dnow supportor,but I can't upgrade.
When I connect processor and computer with USB cord,my computer don't know this device.
How I do?

Can you email us at 3Dexperts@curtpalme.com with complete details on your setup including what source you are using and what resolution/refresh rate? This way we have a good track of any issues that you may experience and I can include the manufacturer in the discussions. I'll make sure your issues get resolved including how to update the firmware.
