Guys

I am checking prices for stainless fillhole screws, bellows screws, and scheimpflug bolts, to maybe offer in two or three kits, available by mail. There are a) 6 fillholes screws per LC Marquee, b) 54 bellows screws, and c) 12 scheimplug bolts. Hardware stores charge way too much for these out of little bins.

I was thinking an "a" kit, and also an "ab" kit, and an "abc" kit at various prices. The latter two would be a bit much for envelopes so may resort to small Flat Rate Priority boxes.

I'll revisit this when I have the prices and postage levels organized. The "a" kit should fit any envelope, the others probably need boxes.

Anybody think they might be interested? I have to buy the screws in boxes of 50 or 100 to get the best deal.

No Sh!t, cost me over $20 to replace all the hardware with stainless steel (not to mention the aggrevation of changing below screws Evil or Very Mad )

I had to travel to 3 different stores to assemble enough of these screws....

Maybe Kal can add a link to your for sale page (if he makes one for you) on my bellows page. It be a nice combo for those who are replacing their old bellows.

Hi,

I would have been interested too if I hadn't already spent over $200 on the bolts, screws & washers You can see in the picture below. And that was a set for two tubes only!
I have to add that there are two factors contributing to this expensive upgrade:

- In order to acheive the same mechanical properties I chose bolts made of an alloy named "A2-80". It has a higher rigidity and withstands more mechanical stress than regular stainless steel alloys.

- In Germany moving away from metric pieces is "punished" with exaggerated pricing.

Well, just my two cents:

- Living somewhere doesn't mean that You need to have the same nationality.
- I bet the Germans would like to forget about the last 30 minutes when the Dutch could have scored at any time.

Guys

I have the stainless steel fillhole screws on hand, envelopes are en route. $2.00 for six; $3.00 for twelve. Add a dollar for Canada and offshore. Do advise if you want any of the other tube fasteners in stainless.

ehometech@earthlink.net for Paypal.

Guys

Postage was rather more than I expected, so US is $4 for six fillhole screws, $6 for twelve, add $1 for Europe Asia etc.
