Ok. I just found something. On the secondary power supply board, where that transformer harness connects to it should be connector J783A1. On that board there are some resistors. There may be some open ones. You need to set your DMM to resistance scale and test these 5 resistors. They are all .22 ohm so they should read close to short.

That R840 and R841 concern me. I think thats the 16v lines(print not in front of me). I need you to test those 2 again with your fuse testing method. Set DMM to AC scale. Put 1 test lead on the black wire in the connector from the main transformer like you did when testing the 2 blue wires. The other test lead use to test both sides of these 2 resistors. You should get your 16v ac on both sides of both resistors. Post results. _________________ macgyver566@gmail.com

Well I guess they are blown. Get a bunch of them as there may be another problem that took them out.
You probably should test those diodes and regulators for shorts before you replace those resistors. This would be with power off and DMM on diode scale. You only need to test D701, D702, D703, D704, U702, U703 and U707. Your just looking for shorts between any legs. _________________ macgyver566@gmail.com
