|
|
Hello folks!
I am wondering, if someone might know something about this...
It's about 1-inch C-Video Tapes and where to obtain them from. Is there still a manufacturer like RMG or so providing the world with new tape material?
And, yes, tape for machines like this one:
Would be great if someone could give me a hint on that!
Thanks in advance!

Thanks, Athanasios for your reply!
Problem is: It's all overseas and I live in Europe so shipping will be a massive amount. Any ideas where I could get these in Continental Europe?

Finally, a forum member more crazy than I am!
I'd love to see the performance of one of those tape machines on a CRT projector. Thing is, are you getting a broadcast camera from the same era to take pictures with?

Well, Curt ... finally you see my full potential of crazyness xD
When the machine finally will be in my home next week, I certainly can post some reviews and pictures here in the forum if you'd like to ^^ unfortunately, I don't have a broadcast camera from that era, but I have an archive tape from the Swiss television from the 80's. I'll check that one out, for sure. According to the label, it's a recording of a television show called "Kassensturz", a Swiss consumer watchdog program (according to Wikipedia ).
I just found a German dealer with 3M Tapes to sell. But if someone has an idea, feel free to post it here
