Too bad avs crashed. I did find a bunch of his posts, but none were hysterical enough to link to. It was his early posts as a newbie that were link-worthy.

So, AVS lost everything pre-2004? That sucks.

This thread is kinda funny... But, I think this was after everybody gave Raster a good verbal beating and his behavior had turned around... 'Cause he was calling you "Curtie"! Laughing

>>> Our Raster isn't very bright! <<<

This is AFTER he started to figure sh*t out AFTER he'd argued and argued, and people had berated him to the point that any normal person would have left and never come back... But, he kept at it.

>>> Not real impressed & problem. <<<

Those were rather tame. I remember one thread around that time where he argued that Z-photo's photos were basically free to use.

Here are few more great Rasturds...

This one gives you a bit of a glimpse into the sh*t between Curt and Raster...
A note to those using freightquote.com

This one gives you a bit of a glimpse into how ignorant Raster was, and how few people would actually help anymore...
What are S video jacks on a receiver for?

One last one...
3 into 2 plug

Man, I'm so bummed that's all the further back the archives go... It was the month or two leading up to where the archives start that he made such a complete ass of himself. He'd been on my ignore list for some time before any of these threads started.

Hilarious... Takes me back. I can't believe that's been over seven years ago!!!

I didn't bother, because back in the day I was too busy to bother with a second identity on avs, and I couldn't come across as ignorant and stupid as he did. Give me SOME credit here....Smile

Now, I'm just too busy, and I don't care.. Laughing

What ever happened to your other best buddy that was from your neck of the woods? I think his name was Kuva or something like that.

That goes back a ways now doesn't it Wink

Yep, Trevor. Good memory! Smile

Well, after he bounced a check on me for a $300 repair (I brought that up over at avs!) Twisted Evil , I wrote him off. He'd opened up a tiny shop selling digitals in a seedy part of town. About a year later I got a call from the RCMP, as he'd sold a 1208 for $4500 to a guy in Toronto.. but shipped a Barco 800. His wife worked for the Toronto RCMP, and she called me.

I gave her the scoop on Trevor, who ended up calling me, saying it was a 'mistake'. He was nervous as hell, and I chewed him a new one. The buyer followed up a few months later, he ended up sending them some small DLP to make up for the POS 800 that he'd shipped. I then heard his shop went under, and that's the last I heard of him.
