I think you'd get serious neck / back issues if you used that very much. You're not supposed to be bent over like that. The screen should be at eye level or above, not under the table.
What I want is a *reclining* computer desk / station. A chair something like this:
...with monitors suspended above your head, and a split keyboard with one half mounted on each arm. Kind of like this one, but with the pieces separated to be mounted on the armrests:
You'd probably have to use a trackball or touchpad.
That would be the healthiest possible way to spend a lot of hours working on the computer. No back strain, no neck strain, no carpal tunnel issues.
Then if you piped in pizza and beer it would be nirvana.

These chairs are the most comfortable things on the planet. I had a few back surgeries years ago and live with chronic low back pain now. Sitting in one of these & reclining part/most of the way is about the only thing I've found that eliminates about 90% of my pain.
Wife & I invested in a pair of them, with a spanner table between. They make great HT chairs, and I have the drink holder attachment off my side that doubles as a mouse pad holder. Laptop is on a stand to the side also.
They are a bit pricy for recliners, but in my opinion, they are worth every single dime.

The ones we purchased are the Human Touch Power Perfect Chair, think it's model PC-95. They are available at relaxtheback.com website, but there's also a 'factory direct' shop in Calif that has lower prices than they offer. For the life of me, I can't recall the store name, but it may not matter to you anyway since you're overseas.
Incredibly comfortable, I highly recommend them.
Ray

Thanks Gary, that's exactly the place we got ours from. We planned a trip to San Diego, and then I found that shop online, so instead of ordering the chairs online, we went to the storefront & were able to 'test drive' the chairs before we made the decisions.
Like I said before, worth every penny!
Ray
