Chassics and circuit board are come from marquee 8000.
Tubes are Toshiba e8514 from IKEGAMI TPP1600.
The splice PJ is in China,canton

Tim, George last year put G70 tube assemblies into a marquee. its in my marquee thread somewhere. Pretty cool. I think he does it cause he can!!!

The splice PJ is not my work.
And by the way,those Toshiba e8514 are 9" tubes.

Nice! I wonder how good are those lenses? Ikegami had TV-cameras (probably with their own optics) back then..
Edit. Just looked closer, at first picture ,there is label :Fujinon. Probably those are good lenses?

did the pcb`s at the end of the toshiba tubes come with the tubes or did you make them so they now are an adapter for the marquee neckboards?
did you use all marquee magnetics on that toshiba tube?

G90 XG circuit is entirely possible to use, XG pressure changes . Change rear projection tube wiring board Change the focus and the convergence coil connection

Exactly what I was thinking. Spend hours setting up that beast and then a slight tap with the knee and its all for nought. Instead of carpet which isn;t so practical in that climate, I'd glue some rubber to the tile and something abrasive at the bottom of the stand legs.
