They're calling it a "high contrast gray" and with a 1.0 gain... I definitely wouldn't use that screen with a CRT. If you really want to go commercial, there are better, slightly higher-gain matte white screens for similar money.
But, if you don't have a DIY aversion, I do think it's hard to beat a DW... For $150-200, you'll get a 30% brighter image than with a 1.0-gain screen, and once you collect the materials, it's really just a Saturday project.

That's a grey screen. You're still using CRT right? If so you'll want a white screen.

you should really look at Hurley screen. You can get 1.3 gain material at any dimension you want for ~$150. Thats cut to your dimensions and grommeted, so all you have to do is make your border. I just made a cinemascope screen for maybe $200 in total parts, including the screen material.

well, im thinking if i diy id rather go with the DW, i plan to glue it to 2" thick foam insulation board and trim with felt. should be fairly light and i will never have the need to break it down. my local shop has 5x8 for 90 bucks. foam board for 30. and allot of people seem to like it. and i like the idea of getting it when i want it and not having to order it. but this focupix screen is already a screen, i can get it for roughly the same price, maybe a little cheaper. im using blackout material now, and i have total light control....

Whatever you do, don't use contact cememt. It melts rigid insulation.
