But probably not the last. While I am letting my pj warm up I notice the white is not uniform. There is an area in the bottom left side of the screen that is, for lack of the correct terminology
less than white.

white field uniformity issues
wear(burn)
raster not centered and in far edge of lense
Picture would be helpful

If it's not a vaguely recognizable shape of some kind, but more of a big blob in like a quarter of the screen, then it's probably not burn/wear, but just uniformity (lack thereof, actually).
My G70 has some slight uniformity issues on a full-white screen that I can't seem to dial out. I've never worried about it though because I only see it if I look at a perfectly all-white test pattern.
If it's not too bad, just turn off the warmup screen and you'll never see it. If it is bad, then you can dink around with the uniformity controls in the service menu and see if you can dial some of it out. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

My guess is that your BLUE focus or astig is not the same in that corner vs the rest of the screen because the blue needs to be de-focused uniformly to provide uniform brightness. One way to check is to put up a focus pattern with only blue on and check the different areas with de-focus ON and OFF and see if you notice a large change in that area compared to the rest of the screen.

I would cover the red and green lenses and just check that it is not the very edge of the blue image. If you have lots of blue image on the other side of the warm up screen. this could be an indication that the blue is not physically centred on the screen.

How does the picture/video look?
That's all that matters.
Desktops and test patterns will lead you astray!
