I like to monitor a few forums with the RSS feed reader widget in iGoogle. It would be cool to see the recent posts feed from here. For some reason I can't see any links to it.
Thanks.

How did you set up the current feed? It looks like your newsletters.
www.curtpalme.com/forum/feed.php
We need to get Curt to pay you to take a week and knockout some of these to do list items! Upgrading to at least phpbb3.0 would bring some nice improvements, plus likely knock out several of the todo list items at once....while ultimately adding 30 more I'm sure.
Which new projector that Curt has in stock have you been looking at?

There is no current feed. That link doesn't exist.
The main page has news items that are posted manually as news comes about. They are then cut & pasted into newsletters. Very old school.

It would take considerably longer than a week! I have 72 forum mods that have been added, many of them customized by me. Moving to phpBB 3 would be an enormous amount of work. The good news is that some of the mods are 'standard' in phpbb 3 so there would be less to do.
I'm not even sure I'd go with phpbb anymore. There are others. I chose phpbb at the time because it was free.
The whole site should be rebuilt into something in a content management system, better forum software, and some sort enterprise level credit card processing payment engine that allows all the various sellers to get paid directly like they do today. Enormous amount of work. This would be one of those 'take a few months off' type things to be migrate all this content. We have over 700 pages of stuff on the main site.

So you're saying more than one projector then?
I feel for ya. Turns out webmastering is quite a bit of work...moreso after the darn thing gets developed as far as it has.
You can probably axe the chatroom mod.
