I guess the question of the moment is for owners of the VideoEQ Pro(like myself), since I don't expect interactivity right off the bat, can the owners of this unit somehow still utilize its features in conjunction with the Chromapure software used as a guide and measuring device in manual calibration much like the previous Calman V3?

Yes, you can use chromapure to take the measurements, and then adjust the videoeq using the manual eq software. I have used it in this way, as have others.

Sure. As you make adjustments using the VideoEQ the results will appear in ChromaPure in real-time. The ChromaPure color management interface uses the same parameters of adjustment--Lightness, Saturation, and Hue for all of the primary and secondary colors.
For those looking for an affordable color management solution that will shortly be tightly integrated with ChromaPure, you should consider the DVDO Duo external video processor.

And to Tom's point, we'll soon be offering packages that feature the Duo and other goodies at special CurtPalme.com prices. Stay tuned! Shouldn't be long now.

Awesome,
Will an upgrade program be available? I know that Lumagen will give me $2000 for my VP50 on a trade up to the larger of the two Radiance scalers.
Still waiting on my Moome EXT-Fullhd v2 I bought last week then I should be good to play. 8)
