I'm sure the ip is just bounced. I have the software here to show I'm somewhere else. Probably just so the spam is not traced directly back. Plus if he gets ip banned he could just select another ip address and continue spamming. Probably only trying for customers in his service area though. And we know there are quite a few on here from that area.

Hey. He opened the can of worms by spamming the site. A search shows he's spamming a whole bunch of sites. THATS WHAT IS NOT COOL. This was more of a "That will teach you not to spam" kind of thing. Thumbs Down

Besides. All the stuff I posted is on the open net. I didnt use any technique to acquire it. Anyone can find it. So there is still nothing "not cool" about what I posted.

And Hey again..... he is the one who posted his phone number... not me...... along with his location. So if you dont want your sh*t out there then dont post your own stuff. Thumbs Down

You want to post your service then come here, say hello and write a nice little greeting. Then tell us what you have. This was sheer spam. So this is what he got..... Thumbs Down

Have you ever seen me post this kind of stuff before? NO Could I get this info on almost anyone here? Yes....

So this was an anti spam tactic and if other spammers come here they can expect the same. Spammers get what they deserve, period.

LOL.

Hey, If this is a marketing technique by some company he hired but it was not his intention that the company should use a spamming technique and it is found that he is also in disagreement with this tactic....... then I will gladly edit out the personal stuff I posted. A nice little message from him is all it would take. Very Happy

I tried to only post little tidbits to show just how easy info is to get. Believe me there was more stuff I found that I could of posted but I limited it to just basic info..

Hey.... SC found pics of his house, and the street he lives on, and his neighbor hood........probably the vehicles he drives......if he mows his lawn, the color of their drapes....

Thats pretty personal also....

Privacy is almost non existent now a days. Very little is unacquirable....

Nice work Mac, it makes me proud. Now where's that post where I did that to the Chinese spammer girl? I outted her and she was mad not for my outing her, posting her picture, but for posting her age Laughing

This reminds me of that.

Hey, I was a bit reserved in my posting. I could have posted all the neighbor's info as well. And then suggested we start a Knots Landings assault by getting one neighbor pissed at the other when someone's wife get's roses from the other neighbor. Very Happy

Think I'd get more business if I took that pix above and photoshopped a screen above the couch along with a CRT projector? Smile

One of the first things I recognized, Curt, about CRT was the masses (cowsumers) were frozen in cabonite and labeled "too ignorant to deserve better". Its not enough to take a picture, or talk an ear to death, seeing is truly believing.

After 8 months with my Mits 65" CRT based RPTV and seeing uneven phosphor wear due to the Dish Networks blinding white logo, I was hell bent to not repeat myself and went looking for digital in 2001. Then, in 2002 I went to Terry's place for a HT meeting and WOW. Digital projectors were no longer acceptable in any way shape or form.

I think Terry might have gone a long way in how he sold CRT in that he easily showed off the results. Bringing a digital into a CRT room and A-B is astounding loud in the WTF end result of digital's limitations. Unfortunately, this kind of benefit is very localized to the seller unless the buyer was already sold ahead of time.
