Pickep up a laptop today, downloaded the CalMan software, drivers, hooked up the eyeone pro and DPG-100 to the laptop via USB, plugged DPG into an electrical outlet, loaded the license number into the CalMAN software, ......and it's saying valid enthusiast license not found. Any suggestions?

did you download the Eye One Driver from the SpectraCal Site?

you need to plug in the USB drive they gave you, it has the license on it.
