Started off with Open Season; for the wife and daughter. They went to bed and I hadn't seen Smoking Aces so I watched that, not bad but I was expecting more from it. And I finished the night with The Big Lebowski. I watch it a couple of times a year, but this was the first time in HD and it was such a good transfer to HD. Smoking Aces was in HD too, but it didn't stand out like Lebowski did. Next Friday I think I'll try the Indiana Jones trilogy for my daughter. She's three and has been hammered by commercials and now recognizes the theme music.

welll, last night was forces of nature (sandra bullock and mat damon oops i mean ben affleck). typical chick flick, and quite enjoyable. then "the twins effect". a crazy asian romantic vampire flick...mind boggingly crazy, and intensely fun. followd that with "angel of death", a stiff little clunker with mira sorvino (mmmmm - mira heft mere mmmm) and oliver martinez. avoid.

Smile

its raining here in Nelson, for the first time in 4 weeks, so it may be an all day session...

Wink
