What's with that funny looking Sony chandelier? How do you light up the room with the light bulb facing the wall?
I look forward to your (en) lightening progress

that SONY logo lights up...
seriously tho, it looks stunning when fed blu-ray. screen material is 1.5 gain da-lite cinemavision. screen size about 7 foot wide. run on cinema mode, the image is bright and punchy, with excellent shadow detail/black level. on dynamic, it lights up the dark grey wall sufficiently to wonder why we are having a screen custom made...

John,
Looks nice. Love the colors and furniture. Looks like a relatively easy room conversion (as opposed to my 6-month long basement finish build, anyway).
Snap some pics of the equipment rack once its tidied up, and then write a brief synopsis of equipment - speakers, AVR, etc. It's always fun to see what equipment others have chosen.
I was going to break your balls a little about the digital projector, but then I remembered you're an OS X guy - We gotta stick together.
Nice job - looks great!
